I had the Japanese hair straightening treatment done a couple weeks ago and I can confidently say this was so worth it! I have a history with relaxers and this treatment is far from it. Tomo took me through the process, he’s very genuine and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable to chat, drink tea and ask questions about what was going on. If your hair is anything like mine, you’ll probably feel texture at the root but it’s very manageable, my hair feels so healthy compared to relaxers or routine straightening.

Had a Japanese hair straightening treatment here for the first time and was blown away by the quality of the service and the results. The salon was spacious, tidy and clean, with such a calming ambience and a great Spotify playlist. And the staff were incredibly friendly. Tomo managed my hair and was so friendly, engaging and knowledgeable, I knew I was in good hands. He consistently checked in on me, and kept me topped up on plenty of biscuits! Honestly couldnt have asked for more, top tier service from start to finish. Thank you so much!!
